Un-Scientifically Political

Jesus Christ, I can't believe what I am hearing. "Political Analyst" Hamid Ghany says he is not prepared to say there was some conspiracy, because to do so he would have to implicate other Parliamentarians. Again, what madness really going on in this place boy.

1. A bill [touted as necessary to speed up the justice system] was debated and passed by both houses. It was agreed [notwithstanding Section 34 being part of said bill] that this bill should not be proclaimed until "everything was in place".

2. Certain sections of the bill was proclaimed.

Questions:

1. Was everything put in place?

2. If no then why the proclamation?

3. If yes, then why the repeal?

4. How was this particular section going to address the justice system?

5. Has anyone, other than those involved in serious fraud utilised Section 34?

6. How long does it take to prepare to file applications to the courts?

7. What exactly might be the error Ghany is speaking of?
